Working with lasership I feel financially stable and secure. Lasership acknowledges hard work. Since working for lasership I have recieved 2 promotionsin less than 1yr. I have met great people. I have gained a great amount of experience in customer service, my computer skills, and problem solving. Lasership has many opportunities. I started from the very bottom and I am now climbing my way up to the top. I have been able to show my commitment which gave me more reponsibility and money.

I feel that lasership can risk more for their employees and drivers financially. They could be more concerned with saving good hardworking contractors and employees vs saving money to profit. I would love to see them invest more into Lasership as a whole, workers included . Employees/contractors play an important role for lasership. I hate to see people leave to another company when they have done so many good things for us. Money is important and lasership is on a strict budget and because of that we have lost really good people. Lasership has to be willing to gamble. That is my only Con.

This is solely for the IR/sunrise shift. -Poor management/leadership they don’t communicate well and yell and talk down on you. They got rid of the managers that we actually liked working for a few months ago. People have quit because how she treats us handlers . -scheduling - have you start earlier but take an hour lunch . Make it make sense - hard workers - they will run you into the ground , while the lazy/slower workers don’t get pushed or worked as hard. A lot of favoritism here - safety hazards everywhere - pallets not spaced , irregular boxes / oversized boxes lining the belts and exits of the trucks - training - very poor . They will put new people on the van lines and not even explain/show what needs to be done . They do not train us how to brick load or build a solid wall. -personnel - revolving door . They waste time onboarding people just to have them work a week then leave sometimes just a day or two . On any given day 8-10 people call in . Then the burden is on the people that show up . Pay - they need to pay a differential for night shift . It might keep more people . I have seen the good and bad here . The current situation is the bad .
