1yThank you for sharing your feedback — we recognize it takes courage to speak up, and we take your concerns seriously.
We want to clarify a few key points you raised. While we do partner with external vendors to support IT operations, this is a strategic choice meant to complement (not replace) our internal capabilities, and we are continuing to invest in building strong in-house expertise. Our career development framework includes defined career paths for both individual contributors and people managers, with competencies reviewed annually to support meaningful progression. Onbe's leadership training is intended to build skills and confidence, not to burden employees — and we welcome input on how to make it more impactful.
We hear your concerns about collaboration and organizational structure. We’re actively working to reduce silos, clarify team roles, and ensure every function is aligned with business needs. Regarding compensation, we regularly benchmark against market data to stay competitive and are committed to ongoing transparency and fairness in our pay practices.
We’re concerned to hear your perception of our People Team. Their mission is to support, develop, and retain talent — not to “coach people out.” If that hasn’t been your experience, we want to understand why and address it directly. Similarly, we are refining our RTO approach based on team feedback to create more meaningful, flexible collaboration spaces.
We appreciate your continued contributions to Onbe and want to ensure your voice is part of our ongoing improvement. Please consider connecting with your People Partner or a senior leader to continue the conversation — we’re listening and committed to doing better.
