Remote work is amazing, for anyone who complains about this position-you have probably never been bedside with terrible management because I am in heaven here compared to where i was working in the past

Work from home, potential for growth, fast growth, plenty of OT available, bonuses, competitive salary, opportunity to transfer to a different department, every company has it's pros and cons, overall a good place to work, have to weigh out what is important to you, as long as you perform as what you are hired for and stay out of the gossip you will be fine, don't loose focus, everything else is white noise

Lack of communication (hush hush culture), unrealistic goals set for potential extra bonus earnings, even though there is room to grow it's hard to transfer to a different department
