It gave me a good laugh reading the fake five star reviews all written within the last week because it tells everyone how absolutely desperate this company is to make themselves out to be something they are clearly not, which is thriving company. The company culture here is beyond toxic. They have been in business for nine years and have five employees that have lasted over three years. The turnover is insanely high, no one of caliber stays at this job, they leave, and in most cases quit without notice. The amount of people who ghost their jobs at OCS is comical at this point. The poor management, the micromanaging, the favoritism, the unfair workload, the lack of support and the toxic culture are just a few reasons to avoid taking a job at this company. Every year they lose money, they have huge goals and never meet them. They bank on one large restoration company to pay the bill’s and if they lose that contractor it would put them out of business. The business practice here is not on the up and up, if you know, you know.
