However, there are some remarkable individuals within the company. Their marketing expertise and strong market connections are truly impressive. They are incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help. As a woman, I felt well-supported and cared for by them. Even after leaving, their support has been outstanding. Working as an Artist Manager here has been a good and dynamic experience overall. The role involves close interaction with artists, understanding their needs, and managing projects end-to-end. It gives great exposure to the industry and helps in building strong relationships with talent as well as internal teams. The environment is collaborative, and there’s always something new to learn given the variety of work. You also get a good level of ownership, which allows you to take initiatives and grow professionally over time.

The role can be quite fast-paced, and managing multiple artists and timelines at once can sometimes be challenging.
