      My review is perhaps biased as a leadership team member. However, its a great place to learn quickly with fantastic colleagues who really care about the issue.

      It will not work for you if you are not a self-starter and do not bring a certain level of intrinsic motivation to your job. We are also a hybrid team so you have to be very comfortable working remotely as needed.

      Small team yet very sensitive towards employees. Accountability is high so learning is also good. They are very passionate about what they do.

      Well, con is also that they are very sensitive. You have to really watch what u say because that can either hurt egos or can be triggering. In a way that is good- you will learn to draw strict professional boundaries. Not sure of hikes and promotions. Pay scale is on the lower end. Might have improved lately.
