The worst place I've ever worked - Recensione dipendente - Account Coordinator presso One Green Bean

They were never friendly, even on day one, no one had time of day for a new starter. In my first 2 months there, I was 'blamed' for not sending out emails when I actually had, I just hadn't received any responses. They never asked me if I had sent the emails, it was only because of a meeting put in my diary by my manager that I was told I was 'suspected for not doing me job'. News to me! I had to prove my innocence by forwarding over 60 emails I had sent and then was told it must've been miscommunication. No apology was made. Terrible culture, not enough support for the younger staff members and it's extremely cliquey. Do not recommend this workplace at all.
