I could write a college essay on the cons. I will say this ask them about their employee turnover rate. They recently let go a lot of employees in upper management and have a high turnover among their NPs and other staff. As a former employee I can my coworkers were wonderful folks, the way the place is run leaves much to be desired. No wonder no one stays or they get fired.

I feel like I can be my complete self here. They are constantly giving me feedback and helping me grow. Lets me have freedom of creativity and welcome to all my ideas to help the company grow. I am able to get things accomplished. I love the conversations/meetings with ownership and leaders, very professional and we all have our core values in mind. Great pay and benefits, and the culture is very diverse! They work with me if there is ever a family emergency.

Micromanaged. I had been a salaried employee for most of my career and this is the first place where I still needed to clock in and out.
