I feel like I can be my complete self here. They are constantly giving me feedback and helping me grow. Lets me have freedom of creativity and welcome to all my ideas to help the company grow. I am able to get things accomplished. I love the conversations/meetings with ownership and leaders, very professional and we all have our core values in mind. Great pay and benefits, and the culture is very diverse! They work with me if there is ever a family emergency.

Clocking in as a full time salaried employee, but I’ve come to get use to it!

I was able to meet some great people within the organization. Salary range was pretty good for this area.

Micromanaged. I had been a salaried employee for most of my career and this is the first place where I still needed to clock in and out.
