      Strong team overall — people are sharp and collaborative. There's real autonomy in the role, which I appreciate. Still early days for me but so far a good environment to develop as a PM.

      Working with people who care about the work we do and are genuinely invested in helping each other learn and grow has been incredibly rewarding. I’ve also been fortunate to have a direct manager who is a great leader. Someone who trusts others, encourages development, and allows individuals to take full ownership of their work.

      Since One Inc is a fully remote company, it can sometimes be challenging to build personal connections with coworkers beyond day-to-day work interactions.
