      Some processes are slow (pricing, SOWs, contracts) but I think we are hiring and getting better.

      The company is heavily Sales and Innovation based - from the CEO through all go to market, we make it as easy as possible to sell.       Working with people who care about the work we do and are genuinely invested in helping each other learn and grow has been incredibly rewarding. I’ve also been fortunate to have a direct manager who is a great leader. Someone who trusts others, encourages development, and allows individuals to take full ownership of their work.
