      Thank you for being a Onester. We appreciate the opportunity for us to all succeed together. I hear you on maternity and paternity leave- will be addressed. Update 2/22- we now have 12 weeks of paid maternity and paternity leave!

      Working with people who care about the work we do and are genuinely invested in helping each other learn and grow has been incredibly rewarding. I’ve also been fortunate to have a direct manager who is a great leader. Someone who trusts others, encourages development, and allows individuals to take full ownership of their work.
