      The One Inc product team has a strong culture of collaboration and camaraderie that I haven't found elsewhere, especially for "remote first" companies. With employees from a wide variety of countries and backgrounds, we manage to come together consistently and welcome everyone's perspective. The benefits are excellent, including a new, generous parental leave policy. Career progression is possible for anyone who's passionate about their work. Work here is genuinely enjoyable much of the time.

      One Inc is a growth stage startup, and with that comes growing pains. The environment can be chaotic. Given our roots in the payments industry, it often feels very old school, like we're still figuring out how to be an effective software company.

      We work tremendously hard on developing a modern, human, often remote environment. We often work to identify the best resources for each position, as we often need specialized functional or industry expertise in payments, insurance and software, to name a few. We appreciate the feedback and work to become better every day.

      Working with people who care about the work we do and are genuinely invested in helping each other learn and grow has been incredibly rewarding. I’ve also been fortunate to have a direct manager who is a great leader. Someone who trusts others, encourages development, and allows individuals to take full ownership of their work.

      Since One Inc is a fully remote company, it can sometimes be challenging to build personal connections with coworkers beyond day-to-day work interactions.
