      Thank you for your review. We are building a multi-unicorn inbound - outbound category killer in a very complex market - and sometimes need to move very quickly - does create interesting challenges! We have been continually addressing engineering compensation and benefits in Mexico, including now equity for all employees. I will discuss further with the team.

      Working with people who care about the work we do and are genuinely invested in helping each other learn and grow has been incredibly rewarding. I’ve also been fortunate to have a direct manager who is a great leader. Someone who trusts others, encourages development, and allows individuals to take full ownership of their work.

      Since One Inc is a fully remote company, it can sometimes be challenging to build personal connections with coworkers beyond day-to-day work interactions.
