I've had great opportunities to develop my career and take on new challenges. My team is fantastic – supportive, collaborative and genuinely invested in helping each other (and the organisation) succeed. I feel trusted and well supported by senior leaders. There's a real focus on making a positive difference for customers, which gives our work a strong sense of purpose. The internal culture is another real strength and has improved significantly since I first joined, when the organisation was going through a period of major change. It's now a much more connected, collaborative and supportive place to work. People are friendly, approachable and keen to support one another, and there are plenty of opportunities to connect with colleagues outside of day-to-day work through events like OMFest and 'Foodie Fridays'. The pay and benefits are really competitive, and the overall package reflects the organisation's commitment to supporting its people.

As the organisation continues to grow and evolve in a complex legislative landscape, priorities can change quickly, so it can take time for processes and ways of working to keep pace. Being adaptable is important, but it's also part of what makes the role interesting.

Has been a great place to work in the past but new CEO has brought in her own team and wiped out most of the staff that have been there years.

Svantaggi

No loyalty to staff. Dreadful place to work despite all the hype about benefits packages. Lots of people leaving or off sick
