Totally nothing good about this company. Run!

Aud Talent is the talent sourcing, One retail runs US retail business, Oticon Whole business, Hearing Life, Avada brands, YHN marketing are all the same company reporting to European head William Demant. In the US, there is tremendous turn over from the clinics staff, sales, call center to AP, finance...etc. HR can't keep up with the rate. Business acknowledge profits are down yoy yet they make every effort to waste money flying Business, middle managers..etc. across the country frequently for boring, repetitive, pat each other on the back meetings. They want to cut cost but will not do it in their own backyard, hypocrite. Business say the cause is acquisitions and roll out of new system. How can this be given Business claims record profits from acquisitions and systems efficiency? It is BS. You will be blamed even after doing your job well. You will be an scapegoat. If you are considering working for them, do yourself a favor and continue to look for a solid company. If you are already there, good luck, run to a solid organization now. Do it now!
