Attended their onboarded sessions couple of years ago, and got reminded of how appalling their practices are I had to come back to write a review to deter people from joining. Do take note that majority (90%) of their team members are of younger generation (25 y/o and below?), which have not experienced conventional corporate culture. They use underhanded tactics that MLM companies use to brainwash employees to work towards incentives (e.g. giving out $500 in cash wads to be presented in front of the whole company, giving out physical gifts) Not to mention the creepiest part, they have a meeting in the early morning blasting EDM music and chanting some kind of team chant like the ones you do in school camps and they treat it as some hype up session to kick start their sales (please conserve that energy and allow your team to get quality training and get to the actual sales instead of wasting time every day to boost them). One member even told me "it feels like a cult at first but it's not." Big time red flag if that has to be clarified in a company. Lastly, the contract threw me off and I left on the day they asked me to sign the contract because they stated in the contract that a portion of the salary will be used to buy a "bond/stock" (can't remember) and held for a few months before I can get that fair share of salary? Wonder how this company sustains. Please, do not join this place at any cost, it's not worth learning your sales fundamentals skills here.
