TL;DR: STAY AWAY! Where do I even begin? * Terribly low salaries that are allegedly “unique and personal” for your qualifications and experience that in reality don’t worth your qualifications nor your hard work. * Only one small raise after 6 months of employment * Employment as a contractor at the company’s clients * Being treated as a cheap human resource (well, actually just a resource, you are not worthy enough for them nor for the client to be treated as a human) * Micromanagement * Short, limited and micromanaged breaks * Management conflicts between the client’s management and their management * The company prioritize the client over it’s employees (that work at the client) * Cheap and poor holiday and birthday gifts (not that it matters much but in compression to other companies, they really cheap out) * Salary issues (that happen frequently) are being handled at the lowest priority * Refer a friend and get rewarded is a scam * No option to become an employee at the client’s company * No 10bis/Cibus card * Pretend to care about you once in a while and say that you are “part of One1 family” but don’t give a sh1t about you * Easily replaces employees that want to resign * Refuses to replace new employees that are bad or don’t fit the team * No option to work from home in general (even if it’s recommended by the client) * No growing path (to be fair, they offer cheap and pointless courses at HackerU once in a while)
