Annual offsites are well-organized and a great opportunity to unwind, network, and momentarily forget your inbox exists. There’s a real chance to be deployed overseas, which is exciting if you enjoy global exposure.

Job security appears to be… dynamic. Role eliminations can happen swiftly, sometimes without the formalities of a PIP, and occasionally feel like a surprise performance review you didn’t know you were taking. Performance pay could use clearer and more rewarding payout norms — the “performance” part is evident; the “pay” part, less so. Leave benefits leave much to be desired.
