- you can grow quickly if you are excellent - you feel known at the time when you work there they may even convince you that you have a good relationship with your direct reports but it’s just while you make them money. The moment you are out the door your relationship and rapport built goes out the door.

- Currently letting fear hold employees back unfairly in terms of restraints of trade. Don’t get involved here unfortunately as if you ever want to leave in the same industry not even a direct competitor you will be blocked or fear used to keep you there.
