Compensation is determined by the specific role, the individual’s experience, and comprehensive market benchmarks. Whether an employee works remotely or in-office does not influence pay decisions. Our goal is to ensure that all team members are compensated fairly and competitively, regardless of their work location. Location flexibility is a benefit we offer to support work-life balance, and it does not impact how compensation is set.
