Time over performance - Recensione dipendente - Plant Manager presso OneMain Financial

I have been with onemain for eight months now and have been a top performer every month. I am severely underpaid and have NEVER received proper training on how to perform job. I was instructed to watch videos (lets be real nobody learns anything from videos, they learn from doing) I had to teach myself how to be successful and have still not seen any incentive for me to stay at the company. It is EXTREMELY stressfull. Customers calling in every minute of the day with simultaneous web apps accumulating currently at around 40.
