management doesn't really treat anyone like a person. a number of my colleagues were laid off abruptly and eventually it was my turn to be rudely shoved out the door. there were very few interesting engineering problems to solve. most of what I worked on in the last year was annoying interstitial modals, most of the interesting projects we could have worked on were nixed due to "risk". they had pretty frequent legal issues, which is why we had to get approval from legal for literally everything. their whole business is shady and I regret working there for as long as I did.
