I have been working here for around 1 year and 3 months, and overall it has been a very good experience. The company has a positive work culture and provides a lot of opportunities to learn and explore, especially if you want to grow in your domain. Since joining, I have learned many new things and gained valuable exposure. The team is supportive and understanding, and colleagues are always ready to help each other. My manager has been very supportive as well and has helped me a lot during tough times, which I truly appreciate. The office infrastructure is excellent, and the work environment is very comfortable. Another good benefit is that the company provides lunch, snacks, and evening refreshments, which is a nice added advantage.

Although the company offers unlimited leaves, the workload and deadlines can sometimes make it difficult to actually take time off. Work-life balance could be better in that sense. Another drawback is that there is no cab facility for women in the evening, so employees have to arrange their own transport.
