I am fairly new to the organisation but my experience to date has been very positive. From the interview process, which was great, to the warm welcome received by my team and manager. The on-boarding and training has been intense but I am learning a lot.
This company is not for everyone but if you are willing to work hard and want to work with a high performing team, a great product and one of the fastest growing companies in the world - then like me, you will find every day exciting.
There is a ton of opportunity for those with the right mindset and attitude. The product is great. It is a unique opportunity to work for a relatively big company, that still maintains its start-up culture and mentality (in a good way).

When a company grows so fast, there are inevitably challenges - this isn't unique to OT though.
Whilst pay/compensation is fair and generous there are no benefits to speak of.
