Vantaggi
The company provides good learning opportunities, especially for employees who are early in their careers. You get exposure to different projects and technologies, and there are opportunities to build technical skills by working with experienced colleagues. If your goal is to learn and gain hands-on experience, this can be a good place to start.
Svantaggi
Based on my experience, the work-life balance is poor. Employees are expected to work from the office five days a week with very little flexibility. Work-from-home requests are generally not approved, even in situations where flexibility would be beneficial. For women, especially those who are married or planning to start a family, the work environment can be particularly challenging. During pregnancy, there is little to no flexibility to work remotely, and employees are generally expected to continue working from the office. After the six-month maternity leave, employees are expected to return to the office immediately without any phased return or flexible work arrangement. Taking additional paid leave after maternity leave can also be difficult. In my experience, employees who are unable to return to the office immediately after maternity leave are often encouraged or pressured to resign instead of being offered alternative arrangements or temporary flexibility. Overall, the culture feels demanding, with limited flexibility, poor work-life balance, and very little consideration for employees' personal or family responsibilities. While it is a good place to learn, the lack of flexibility and supportive policies can make it a difficult long-term workplace for many employees
