There are some genuinely talented people working at Oneninefive who care about delivering strong results for clients. The potential is certainly there, but it’s hindered by the problems stemming from leadership.

I worked at Oneninefive for a time and, unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The company is plagued by leadership issues that create a challenging environment for both staff and clients.
The Negatives:
1. Questionable Leadership Practices: There were several instances where leadership was less than forthcoming with clients, putting the teams responsible for delivery in difficult positions. This lack of transparency makes it hard to build trust and maintain solid client relationships.
2. Inconsistent Performance Management: Employees are often placed on performance plans, but the promised support rarely materialises. Follow-up meetings, reviews and feedback are inconsistently provided.
3. High Client Churn: Oneninefive struggles to retain clients. During my tenure, a number of high-profile customers parted ways with the company, creating an unstable environment for those responsible for delivering results.
