The media industry remains more volatile today than ever. ONEXTRA does its best to navigate the changing needs of its customers, which has meant pausing investing resources into training as projects end up on temporary hiatus. While it’s unfortunate, we continue to learn from our mistakes for the next round. To that end, our Quality Control and Assurance continues to grow and improve – but we’re not aware of any time a script has been written by someone brand new and gone directly to air without review on either our side or our client’s when deadlines are looming. Quality Assurance is an integral part of our operation, and we work together with our clients to deliver the most efficient quality work we can. As we continue to learn and grow, sharing our process with valued Freelance Staff is something we will continue to expand. Thank you.
