POTENTIAL to earn goal share but, it’s never maxed out and this year employees aren’t getting anything. Christmas week off HOWEVER it’s not “guaranteed” so, this year… no Christmas shut down.

They don’t hire the right people. Upper Management only cares about revenue and not the employees. They will work us to the bone, yet we reap no rewards. Too much work, not enough bandwidth. Super disorganized. Spend money like it’s unlimited- causing even more issues for employees. Leadership is awful. Turnover is at its worst.
