they ask for overtime every day and weekends and on our days off. you can say no but I've gotten weird looks from coworkers whenever I leave on time and it feels tense. I hate OT and i dont have the bandwidth for it, I shouldnt have to feel like a bad coworker for leaving on my scheduled time off.
