After reading some of the negative reviews posted here, I felt compelled to try to correct the record. Our CEO is a true visionary who is passionate, engaged, brilliant, and really cares about all his employees. The fact that he provides medical insurance to ALL employees out of his own pocket and at no cost to the employee speaks volumes. It is true that the company has very high standards and expectations but, in my view, they have always treated employees fairly, professionally, and with respect. Our Executive team has a zero tolerance for any breach of our Value System. I suspect that many posters here were dismissed due to their inability to abide by these high standards. Personally, I find it refreshing to have found an organization with unwavering values and support from all levels of the organization. Because of the thought leadership our CEO and his Executive team provide, OnviSource is on course to experience explosive growth. Our go-to-market strategy is well thought out and well aligned to gain market share steadily over the next several years. Everyone here is valued and recognized for their contributions. Great company to work for! I submit that anyone who would says otherwise simply failed to exhibit the character, honesty, and work ethic required to succeed in this environment
