People in the office are nice

- No senior leadership. Which results in no ownership of things that need to be addressed. - No communication. They will make decisions that will effect your job and not communicate anything to you - you'll randomly find out on your own. Shows a complete lack of respect for the team. - Very closed minded. Not open to change or new ideas. New ideas are met with "this is the way we have done it always and that's how it's going to be" - FAVORTISM throughout the commercial team. Senior leadership in commercial hand picks whom each lead/account gets assigned to and consistently assigns them to the same people. In other words, you are not in charge of your own success... the same people hit target every month while the rest of the commercial team struggles. Not only is senior leadership aware of this as they are the ones assigning the leads but they refuse to make changes or address this major issue. - No strategy. As mentioned above the commercial senior leadership simply assigns out "leads" and that is what you are able to work. You do not have a territory or accounts assigned for you to call on. - The Spain team works the entire globe (mainly the US) while the US team is limited to the US &Canada. For an example: you will have SD's in Spain being assigned and calling on accounts in Hawaii while you have a team sitting in Dallas

Rapid change during top-level restructuring. The company has been asking more of employees while giving less back. #1 priority is making money for their PE owners.
