Where to start? There are all the telltale signs of leadership that don't really know what they're doing, and a company that grew too fast but ultimately here's the biggest red flag and why I would think twice before working there: This place is pure nepotism. All the people in charge are related, married, friends, siblings, etc. and leadership will go out of their way to protect their friends/family at the expense of their hundreds of other employees and their business itself. They just laid off 20%+ of their workforce - many of whom were very qualified and doing great work, yet somehow friends and family with redundant (and frankly no one even knows what some of them do) roles are still employed. Also they're clearly pumping fake positive reviews on to this platform. All of the positive reviews in the past 6 months have almost the same wording verbatim.
