-They post numerous ads on different job boards, but in reality there is only one job. -Standing on the street or in random shopping centers harassing people to buy a product. The reality of the company is that it is a door to door sales company, not a marketing company at all. -100% commission based. There is no base salary. -No benefits whatsoever. -No PTO. -You work 12 hours a day, for 6 days a week. Sometimes even more than this. -Go to the office in the morning for a mandatory meeting. Then proceed to travel up to an hour away to sell whatever product you are working with for 8 hours. Then travel an hour back to the office. Then have another mandatory hour in the office. Everyday. -In the interview process, they tell you that people get promoted to management in 20-40 weeks...this simply isn't the case. -The structure of the company very much resembles a pyramid scheme. -Management puts on a front to act like it cares about the employees, but in reality they are only trying to help so the managers can make more money. -They bash the "9-5" people in the world even though they are making way more money than people in this company.
