In her case, they claimed the original role was no longer available as the slot had been filled. Promises regarding compensation and benefits were not kept, and employee feedback was rarely acknowledged by management. Many decisions were blamed on client requirements, though they appeared to be internally driven. Overall, it was not a supportive or growth-oriented environment.
