Very much relaxed culture. Can have excellent work life balance. No hustle bustle

Very little growth in company. Despite having good product. No proper definition of marketing strategy. It drastically effects young minds to cope up with non creative slow pace attitude of higher management. No corporate strategy is defined or shared with employees.

A relaxed hustle free work culture

Vision less company. Do not follow any corporate culture norms. No systems like performance management, Role clarity. Appraisal...etc. Traditional , laid back stubborn attitude. No tinch of modernity in accepting and acquiring new marketing standard or keeping up with the pace.
