      Vantaggi

      - Unlike most other 'consultancies', they're not a body shop / outsourcing. Working here is very different to e.g. Accenture, CapGemini, Deloitte. - You will learn a lot, and almost always be working with new and interesting technology (as of time of writing, Kafka, the Hashicorp stack, Kubernetes, Ansible, Golang, etc). - Reasonably high degree of autonomy. - Super friendly and open atmosphere. - Opportunities to do blogging, conference speaking, open source contributions. - Regular mentoring sessions with management or lead consultants.

      Svantaggi

      - There's an expectation to be amazing, so there can be a problem with imposter syndrome and expectations. - You will be expected to direct your own training and learning, which is not for everyone. - Clients can be difficult. - You can be rotated off project if you're bored or struggling, though this isn't always particularly speedy. - Office is quiet most days. If you're super duper social then this might not be for you. (I like it as it helps me focus on work, though!)

      Excellent people, very knowledgeable and eager to collaborate. Not many egos. Care is taken to make sure consultants on client projects still feel like part of the company.

      Svantaggi

      Recent changes including over to the Trifork UK brand have been confusing and poorly thought out in parts. The other main con is just consultant life: you have very little control over what kind of projects you work on which makes career planning difficult.
