At the time that I worked there, it was a great opportunity for student to make some side money. Many of my colleagues were students, business owners, or actors. Just a great way to make some side income. When I worked there, it was still mostly online. That may have changed since.

Pay was not consistent throughout the year. There would about 4-5 periods per year where you would work for 2 weeks at a time. It all depended on the demand and if there were any online conferences.
