OpenEye has everything I was looking for in an employer - a fun, collaborative, supportive work atmosphere, management who is involved at every level and cares about your growth and well-being, and the work itself is challenging and varying enough to keep you learning something new every day and not get tired out of the same old thing. The entire company has handled the stay-at-home order for the past few months amazingly - checking up on employees, making sure everyone is taking care of, and getting us what we need to get the job done. I have talked to management about any cons that have come up (needing more explanation or guidance, things like that) and they have stepped up and taken care of them right away.
