Good work life balance, as management's own state people will only get great quality work and quiet good room to grow. 3. Only one person to address the Finance related issues. If at all you have any doubt in salary, u might end up with some violence. Least bothered to make candidate understand and all the time they have only story to tell. Do not expect any explanation and just keep on listening to them without any questions, then you are good to go.
