Very flexible in terms of in office / work from home. Officially it 3 days in office but most managers are very flexible. A lot of company events, easy going office atmosphere, well spaced out lots of space as many are WFH. Good access to online training for Developers. Big organization with a very large off shore presence , so job stability will be an issue in the next few years. A very hierarchal structure, lots of layers, Senior Directors, directors, Senior Managers , Managers, Senior Principal Developer, Principal Developer etc. Heavy focus on AWS ! No onsite Gym, reimbursement for Gym or health related expense is very sparse. Like many big organization there is the usual Career Development plans but as usual they never really get implemented or at least there is big push at the start then at the end.
