      The only cons are that they are still developing processes and are now downsizing which lead to massive layoffs. It's the nature of a start up I supposed.

The leaders in this company are the best human beings I have ever had the opportunity to work with. At Opencare we all work together, no matter your title.       False advertisement to get employees on board. High turnover, micromanaged and untrusted product/manager. No room for growth.
