I have been working as a Customer Advisor for Openpay for over a year now. The support that I have received during my training in the first weeks has been great. I was allowed to shadow a fellow agent and learn so much from them . Later in the months I was given the chance to discuss future progression in the company and have been given more responsibilities since then. The HR manager is really supportive and whenever I have had any problems I knew I could rely on them. The salary is above the minimum and there are little quirks and bonuses throughout the year. There is a bonus scheme for the Customer service team based on performance during the month. There are quarterly team events where you can meet other members from the other departments.

Sometimes it can get really busy but this is part of the Customer service . The team is big enough to support you via the group chat on teams.
