Power tripping team leaders, no room for growth, low salary

learnt lots, friendly staff, the odd team night out, xmas and and good achievements, was good at holding meetings for communicating update information

was double taking payments off people and the refund process was not fast due to technical issues, lots of complaints from this made it unbearable, then moved the company to india and communication was very poor and text book.
