Clown-Filled, Nepotistic Hiring Practices Optima Solutions is like a high school clique, but with way more cursing and less maturity. They only hire from their own little circle, and it's all about keeping their "friends" in charge. If you mess up even a tiny bit, don't expect a constructive conversation. Instead, be ready to be humiliated by your "friends" who were hired based on personal connections, not qualifications. It's a toxic, unprofessional environment full of favoritism and backstabbing. 3. Zoom Call Tyranny Don't be fooled-they say the Zoom calls are optional, but that's a blatant lie. They'll hound you if you're not online. Expect to get called out on Slack if you're not immediately available for a Zoom call, and they'll treat you like you're failing at your job if you're not glued to your screen at all times.
