4 Reasons Not to Work with Optima Solutions as an Employee: 1. Toxic, Soul-Crushing Management If you want to work for a company that will literally drain the life out of you, Optima Solutions is the place. The management is nothing short of awful. They pretend to be professional in front of clients, but behind closed doors, they're downright miserable to work for. They'll destroy your mental health, overwork you, and pay you next to nothing for your troubles. A complete nightmare. 2. Clown-Filled, Nepotistic Hiring Practices Optima Solutions is like a high school clique, but with way more cursing and less maturity. They only hire from their own little circle, and it's all about keeping their "friends" in charge. If you mess up even a tiny bit, don't expect a constructive conversation. Instead, be ready to be humiliated by your "friends" who were hired based on personal connections, not qualifications. It's a toxic, unprofessional environment full of favoritism and backstabbing. 3. Zoom Call Tyranny Don't be fooled-they say the Zoom calls are optional, but that's a blatant lie. They'll hound you if you're not online. Expect to get called out on Slack if you're not immediately available for a Zoom call, and they'll treat you like you're failing at your job if you're not glued to your screen at all times. They've mastered the art of micromanaging, and it's honestly pathetic. 4. Slave Labor with No Compensation If you like being overworked with zero recognition or pay for your time, this is the place for you. They expect you to work overtime, and not only do you not get paid for it, but they also make you feel guilty for not putting in even more hours. Your personal life doesn't matter here. They will squeeze every ounce of energy out of you and leave you feeling burnt out
