Friendly atmosphere with nice people. Colleagues and people working there are very friendly and experienced professionals. The owners are very approachable and down to earth and that gives the whole company a relaxed culture. Professionalism by all employees. Interesting clients and projects. Offices in good shape and decent.

Career progression- very little opportunities. The manager of the learning team - avoid working with him! Turnaround of people harms the morale and creates uncertainty. Lack of transparency, bad communication on decisions and people leaving fuel gossiping.
