Mobility across teams or territories is not always easy, and promotions often happen in smaller jumps because there are so many senior-level roles and segmented ownership structures in place.

Customer Success is massive, which is great because the company genuinely delivers value to customers. At the same time, CS can sometimes feel underappreciated internally. A lot of influence tends to sit within product leadership, long-standing CS managers, directors, and engineering relationships that have been established for years.
There is also a heavy focus on presentations, alignment, and process. At times, the structure can feel overly layered, with limited autonomy depending on your team and leadership chain.
