This job has no clear assigned responsibilities- you will get assigned every duty they can not dump on other teams. Responsibilities are constantly changing and growing greater, patient load is upwards of 100 patients per person, management can’t do much to assist because they are also overworked and overloaded though they try to help. Extremely high pressure and stressful role for the pay. Not worth it

Despite the fact that leadership touts patient centered care—their actions prove they only care about one thing: profits. Every metric, KPI, and action item is solely focused around maximizing profits. Severely understaffed teams and lack of support from leadership leaves teams vulnerable to mistakes. Also office politics matter way more than anything else. If your leadership likes you? You can do no wrong and everything will be swept under the rug. If they feel threatened by you? You can rest assured you will micromanaged and managed out. A once great company has morphed into a money grab. But that’s also what you expect when you have a COO who has zero operational experience.
