Vantaggi

Decent PTO, fairly flexible with appointments and commitments outside of work.

Svantaggi

Minimal managerial support, little to no training (you’re forced to learn as you go, or you’re fired), NO incentives (no bonuses, no raises - unless you count $0.15/year for COL), heavy/stressful workload, poor health benefits ($2000 ded, $6000 OOP), they care more about cutting cost and collecting money than they do patient care. VERY HIGH TURNOVER RATE! This company is being driven into the ground by greedy upper management.

Vantaggi

Compensation and annual bonus structure

Svantaggi

Despite the fact that leadership touts patient centered care—their actions prove they only care about one thing: profits. Every metric, KPI, and action item is solely focused around maximizing profits. Severely understaffed teams and lack of support from leadership leaves teams vulnerable to mistakes. Also office politics matter way more than anything else. If your leadership likes you? You can do no wrong and everything will be swept under the rug. If they feel threatened by you? You can rest assured you will micromanaged and managed out. A once great company has morphed into a money grab. But that’s also what you expect when you have a COO who has zero operational experience.
