Great team of techs, a few good pharmacists and great warehouse folks

Lack of accountability for pharmacists, preferential treatment and politics like a high school. Want to be valued for your work? Good luck. You'll work late, miss breaks and be talked down to. Want good compensation? Maybe, if you can negotiate. Talent acquisition acts like your pay comes from their pockets. HR is impossible to contact. Hoping for raises that match cost of living? Nope. Maxed at 4%. But the CEO got. 42% raise last year. Bottom line, if you're desperate apply. Otherwise, I'd keep looking.

Despite the fact that leadership touts patient centered care—their actions prove they only care about one thing: profits. Every metric, KPI, and action item is solely focused around maximizing profits. Severely understaffed teams and lack of support from leadership leaves teams vulnerable to mistakes. Also office politics matter way more than anything else. If your leadership likes you? You can do no wrong and everything will be swept under the rug. If they feel threatened by you? You can rest assured you will micromanaged and managed out. A once great company has morphed into a money grab. But that’s also what you expect when you have a COO who has zero operational experience.
